Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Easiest Recipe EVER!! No Baking involved. Definitely making a huge batch later this week and keeping them in the freezer. Just talking about these is making me want one! I always catch myself buying Reese's Peanut Butter Cups at the drugstore & the supermarket, but NO MORE!!! I'm only eating homemade from now on! The peanut butter mixture inside these cups is amazing.

graham crackers + peanut butter + salt =
the PERFECT combination of salty & sweet, crunchy & smooth!!

Ingredients (makes 12 cups) :
  • 3 cups of chocolate (I used Nestle All Natural Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips)
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (I used All Natural it comes out better!)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

It gets a little messy!! But who cares it was so much fun making these!

1. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Melt 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. If using microwave make sure you do it in short bursts so it doesn't burn.
3. Using the back of a spoon, paint a layer of melted chocolate onto the bottoms and sides of the paper liners. Don't skimp on the chocolate here; coat the liners generously. Set the bowl aside with any remaining melted chocolate left in it.
4. Put the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes while you make the peanut butter filling.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar and salt. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
6. Return the bowl used to melt the chocolate to the double boiler or microwave and add the remaining chocolate and melt.
7. Remove the muffin pan from the refrigerator. Put one spoonful of the peanut butter mixture into each paper liner. Tap down each mound with your fingertips to "nest" it into the chocolate bottom.
8. Using a spoon, dollop the top of each peanut butter mixture with a generous portion of chocolate.
9. Use the back of a teaspoon to smooth out the tops.
10. Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator. Within one hour, your cups should be set, depending how cold your fridge runs.
11. Remove the pan from the refrigerator & enjoy!!

Here are all the goodies we made at our annual girls sleepover! It was a dessert party...could you have guessed?? I still can't move, but it was worth it!

The Academy Awards Red Carpet 2011!!

The Oscars, The Oscars, The Oscars!! The Red Carpet was amazing this year. I actually got a chance to watch most of it on E! so I was super excited seeing all the fashion, because obviously that is way more important to me than who actually wins; though I am excited for Anne Hathaway & James Franco hosting the show. It was so hard to pick favorites, this was hands down the best dressed Red Carpet this season. I honestly can't pick one favorite, I absolutely LOVED different aspects of all of these gowns!!

OMG Amy Adams number one it was this midnight blue color that I am completely in love with & number two it was covered in sequins!! Hello...perfect!

Anne Hathaway in vintage Valentino Haute Couture

When Cate Blanchett appeared onscreen in this gown my jaw dropped. This is so much more than a gown its a piece of art. This picture absolutely doesn't do it justice, it is amazing.

I'm LOVING Hailee Steinfeld this awards season. She is so fashion forward & SO age appropriate every time! She is not trying to act older she is just trying to embrace her age & style & nailing it every time!! Plus she helped design this tea length gown, how adorable is she!

 Jennifer Lawrence in Calvin Klein

Lavender & Lace...enough said. She's beautiful!
 Mila Kunis in Elie Saab

Natalie Portman is glowing. And I love that she chose to wear Rodarte, who designed all the wardrobe for the Black Swan.

Not everyone liked this dress but I'm loving it. I love Scarlett Johansson & LOVE how she chose to wear her hair loose & messy because we all know I think the messier the hair the better!!

My 5 Ultimate Must Have mark. Products!!

I always get asked "What are your favorite mark. products?" since I blog about them so often & they are all I use in my Get The Look I figured why not do a post of my Ultimate, Can't Live Without Products!! I'm a complete makeup junkie & I love trying out new products but these are a few that will never leave my cosmetic case. I can't speak more highly of these products & I hope you try them out!!  If you ever have any questions about these or any other products you find on my eBoutique comment here or email me:

In no particular order here are my Top 5 Ultimate Must Have mark. Products:

mark. Keep It Going Longwear Eyeliner & Shadow
Keep It Going - This duo is the ultimate eyeshadow & liner. It is a gel based, waterproof formula that doesn't crease or smudge and dries many products can actually say that? My biggest pet peeve is when eye products claim not to crease & they do, but this one speaks the truth. After trying my first color duo of this product, I literally bought every other color the next day. My makeup looked the exact same at 8pm as it did when I applied it at 8am. You can wear any of these colors as just a liner or just a shadow, or mix them together and use one color as a shadow & line your eyes with another color. Apply using mark.'s Flat Eyeliner Brush for the best look.

mark. What A Line Felt Tip Eyeliner

What A Line - This is a brand new mark. product...I literally only got to buy it less than a month ago & it became available to customers TODAY, but I am OBSESSED with it. I already have ALL 4 colors & I'm worn one every day since they arrived in my mailbox. The liner goes on so smooth & the color is super rich. I lot of people are scared of liquid liner because they don't think they have a steady enough hand to apply it, but this liner is absolutely fool-proof. Wee-Hours is a super dark green almost black color. Twilight is a deep deep navy blue. Brownie Points is a rich chocolate brown. And my favorite, Demin is a bright blue!

mark. Glow Baby Glow Hook Up Lip Gloss

Glow Baby Glow - I have never been a lip gloss fan in my 23 years...until I tried mark. Glow Baby Glow Lip Gloss.  This is the perfect lip gloss...its not sticky, its not to sparkly, its moisturizing...its PERFECT. I seriously have every color of this product & you can ALWAYS find me with at least 2 colors "hooked up" in my purse! Not only can you connect these glosses with other glosses but you can connect them to mascara, eyeliner or any other of mark.'s many Hook Up products! There are over 7500 different Hook Up combinations!!

mark. Glowdacious Illuminating Powder

Glowdacious - This bronzer/ highlighter combo is amazing. It provides a shimmery, glowing look when you swirl the 3 colors together. I love that its not sparkly, I'm not about having my face sparkly...but its shimmery which is super trendy and flattering on everyone. I love that no matter when time of year it is & if I'm tan or not that I can wear this product because its so versatile. It really enhances my skin as opposed to conceal it.

mark. Calm & Composed Super Soothing Moisturizer

Calm & Composed - This product does wonders on my redness prone skin! Super fruits - avocado, oat, shea butter & red algae provide the perfect calming formula that is not only lightweight but super moisturizing. I apply this moisturizer under my makeup every morning & to sleep every night! This product saved my skin from the rough dry Winter, but is also light enough to carry me into the Summer!

I feel like I've been waiting to go to Vanessa & Bill's Wedding FOREVER!! I've know Vanessa for about 5 years and her & Bill are perfect for eachother!! Vanessa was my manager at Palm Beach Tan when I worked there in Long Island in College, & to this day that was the best job I've ever had & I gained friends that I will have forever. Working wasn't really working, we basically got paid to hang out with our friends & tan, the ultimate job...I think so!

They had they're Engagement Party 1 1/2 years ago & ever since then we've been counting down the months until the Wedding!! It was well worth the wait, it was absolutely beautiful. Her dress was beautiful, so different & very "Vanessa".

The Reception!! OMG the centerpieces on the tables were a dream...straight out of one of those Wedding shows on TV. White flowers, Cherry Blossom Trees & Crystals!!! It really was a Winter Wonderland & with the room set with blue lighting it almost felt like it was going to start snowing at any second.

This is my favorite picture of the happy couple! Its just so them...always laughing, always happy!
If only he could've worn a bridesmaid dress!
