When the glowing gets tough...the tough get GLOWING!! 

The Summer is quickly coming to a close and I'm trying to hold onto that great Summer glowing look my skin gets for as long as possible. I never though combining 3 shades of pink into one look could actually work, but its the perfect combo. Sheer shimmery pink on my lids, just pinched highlight on my cheeks & a fierce bright pink on my lips!!

1. Moisturize skin with mark. For Goodness Face Moisturizer & prime your face with Primed for Perfection Face Primer to prep skin for foundation. Using a Foundation Brush apply Min-A-Real Foundation to entire face. Set the foundation with Matte-Nificent Oil Absorbing Powder.
2. Apply iMark Eyeshadow in Puff to entire lid. Highlight under brow & inner corner of eyes with iMark in Ice Age. Using a thin eyeliner brush apply the black shade from Keep It Going Longwear Liner in Entourage along upper lashes. Apply 2 coats of mark. Lash Act Mascara on upper & lower lashes.
3. Apply Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes to cheeks & down nose. (Check out my review of mark. Lash Act Mascara.)

Tie Dye-For

Sometimes one pattern isn't enough!

Leopard is perfect as always, but I was a little disappointed with the Tie Dye. Its really nice from far away but when you look at it up close I wish the colors were more pigmented because the design is awesome!!

Floral Tones

I really wish I could figure out a way to stop time...just for an hour or so. For the past 3 or 4 days it feels as though the days are flying by in fast forward. I'm going through the motions of the day but not actually getting anything done. While I did get to spend a long weekend in the Hamptons it now feels as though that was weeks ago as opposed to days ago.

Even as I'm typing this I'm feeling spaced out & wondering how it became 3pm. Its just one of those weeks...

I really need just a technology free vacation to actually relax and be able to start Fall fresh.

Who wears short shorts skirts...apparently ME! Totally forgot I had this dress. I got a lot of use out of it in the Winter, then it fell victim to the back of my never ending closet.

Lock It Up

Say HELLO to my new hair!! If you follow me on Instagram you've gotten a few sneak peeks, but this is the full reveal! We only took a little off the ends as far as the cut, but we darkened the top of my hair a few notches. I was just so tired of having to dye my roots to keep up with the super blonde hair I got used to having. Now when my roots grow in it will actually match my hair color!

I haven't seen my natural hair color since about 6th grade so it'll be nice to have it back! Definitely took a little time to get used to, but I couldn't be happier. That unflattering brassy color blondes have to worry about is gone & the golden undertones warm up my skin!

Luau

Nothing like a Luau to kick off the end of the Summer. Only one small problem...what does one wear to a luau??  In true shopaholic fashion I tried on a million things before going back to my first choice.

I guess I picked right because my blue dress matched the blue Hawaiians I was drinking all night...talk about a perfect match!

How AMAZING is this Metallic mark. "Always Perfect" Bag?!? Who ever named this bag should get a raise because it certainly is perfect! I'm loving the shimmery champagne color, it pretty much acts as a neutral & allows it to go with just about everything!! Who new champagne could be a neutral!
