The past few weeks on mark. Monday have been about bright statement looks (ie. this & this), but I've been wearing a pretty natural makeup look most days so I thought it was time to share it. When you hear gold eyeshadow & pink blush the last thing you're thinking is "natural" but it all depends on how you apply it & what you pair it with!
I knew I wanted to wear this brown lip crayon, so I built the look around that. After applying my usual face makeup & grooming my brows I added lots of metallic gold eyeshadow and black mascara. I wanted my eyes to POP a little more so I blended a darker brown shadow into the crease. As a whole it was looking a little too "brown" to me so I added lots of peachy pink blush (a super flattering shade on all skin tones).
If you recreate this look or any of my other mark. Monday looks make sure to tweet me!

What's your skin type/coverage needs? I'm considering the Cream to Powder Foundation, but I have oily skin and need medium-to-full coverage.
ReplyDeleteI like medium coverage as far as foundation and I have combination skin. I really like this Min A Real Foundation mark. has. I apply it with a foundation brush all over my face then dust Matte-Nificent Oil Absorbing Powder over it to set it (especially around my nose where I get oily!)
DeleteLove your makeup looks! :)
