Totally stole this adorable mani idea from Pinterest and couldn't wait to share it with you guys! It is literally SO easy!!!! All you do is paint your nails, put 2 dot of white on each nail (I used a dotting tool from Born Pretty Store's Nail Art kit, but you can use a pencil, a pen, a toothpick...), then once that's dry you put a black dot in each white dot. COULDN'T be easier!!!
