Great minds obviously think alike! Most of the time that's not the case, especially when it comes to fashion, but when it comes to this new jacket from mark. it was clearly meant to be worn with a black skirt! While I do have totally different plans for it once the temperatures drop a little bit, it was hard to even think about it when the thermometer was hovering around the 85 degree mark.
