Makeup Monday: Dark Navy Eyes

I was browsing Pinterest about a week ago and saw this gorgeous look with super dark navy eyeshadow and knew I had to recreate it! Love the look of this matte Nars eyeshadow and while it is a very heavy eye look, with sculpted cheeks and neutral lips it's SO wearable! From the photo I couldn't tell if the model was wearing any shadow under her eyes, but when I wear a heavy dark color on my lids I love the look of not putting any shadow along my lower lashes, especially if you're not going for the "going out" smokey eye look!

On another note if you follow me on Instagram you know that I got my first official Clarisonic last week and I literally don't know how I survived without one for so long. I've only been using it for 4 nights and I can already notice a huge difference on not only the pores on my nose, but the overall smoothness and evenness (is that a word?!) of my skin! Can't wait to see results after a month!

1. Moisturize skin with mark. Youth Movement Skin Perfecting Serum & prime your face with mark. Primed for Perfection Face Primer to prep skin for foundation. Using a Foundation Brush apply Clinique Redness Solutions Foundation to entire face. Conceal under eye circles and any blemishes with Benefit Boi-ing Concealer. 
2. Apply NYX Matte Bronzer in Light (c/o) to hollows of cheeks and around hair line. Dust mark. Just Blushing Blush in Cameo (c/o) to apples of cheeks and just above eyebrows.
3. Set foundation and bronzer with mark. Set Things Right Loose Powder concentrating on under the eyes. 
4. Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion to lids. Apply darker color from Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Bateau Ivre to entire lid. Line lashes with Wet n' Wild Kohl Eyeliner in Deep Blue. Curl lashes with mark. Make Me Lash Eyelash Curler. Swipe upper & lower lashes with 3 coats of Covergirl Flamed Out Mascara in Black (c/o) in black. Groom and fill in brows with Benefit Brow Zings.
5. Highlight inner corners of eyes and under brows with Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter (c/o Birchbox). Highlight cheekbones with mark. Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes.
6. Apply mark. Gloss Gorgeous Stay On Lip Stain in Bare to lips!
