Neons & leopard are the way to my heart! I couldn't help but layer on the neon for this week's East vs. West post, because let's be seriously a pop of color is great, but all over color is even greater! A muted neon moto jacket, a bright dress in a flowy silhouette & a fluorescent orange polish of course topped off with some intense gold hardware & "neutral" pumps! You just can't help but be happy when wearing something like this!!
