Makeup Monday: Sheer Red

Now THIS is how you wear red lipstick in the Summer ~ sheer and shiny!!

Sothy's sent over a few items from their brand new makeup line and as soon as I opened it all I knew this would be an instant favorite!! This lipstick is so moisturizing, it's almost as if it melts into your lips ((& the fruity scent doesn't hurt either!)). This gray shaded cat eye has been my go to lately & compliments the sheer lip perfectly!

1. Prime face with Skindinavia Makeup Primer Spray (c/o) to prep skin for foundation. Using a Foundation Brush apply Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation (c/o) to entire face. Conceal under eye circles with IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer (c/o).
2. Apply NYX Matte Bronzer in Light (c/o) to hollows of cheeks and around hair line. Dust mark. Just Blushing Blush in Charmed to apples of cheeks.
3. Line upper lashes with Maybelline Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Eyeliner. Apply shade 4 (middle row, left color) from mark. On The Dot Smokey Palette to crease and blend. Curl lashes with mark. Make Me Lash Eyelash Curler. Swipe upper & lower lashes with 3 coats of Rimmel London Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara (c/o) in black. Groom and fill in brows with Benefit Brow Zings. Highlight under brows with Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter.
4. Finish lips with Sothy's Sheer Lipstick in Rouge Grenelle (c/o).
