Before we even start to talk about this outfit, we need to discuss my hair. I swear since I dyed it about 3 weeks ago it will not hold a curl or any style for that matter. I'm chalking it up to the 100% humidity that NY has been having since, but I've never had this problem before and I'm starting to panic. We literally took these pics just over an hour after I finished curling my hair and it already looks like a disaster! I'm crossing my fingers it's just the weather and I'm this doesn't last forever.

Onto my outfit, my favorite way to transform an LBD is by belting a printed scarf over it (also see here). This black midi dress is one of my favorites and I actually wore it last NYFW, but I wanted to do something different to it, so I grabbed this new leopard scarf and a red belt and voila...the amped up LBD!
