I don't know if you could tell, but I hate wearing pants in the summer! I swear from Memorial Day to Labor Day my jeans drawer is locked shut and it's dresses, skirts and bathing suits all day every day. In the cooler months if my legs aren't in tip top shape it's not a huge deal because I keep them under wraps, but in the Summer when my legs are on display all the time it's important to me to have smooth, hydrated, stubble-free legs!

The whole waxing process was so easy and simple. I didn't have to microwave the strips like with other at-home brands so there was no mess and clean up was a cinch! I chose to wax my legs and while it wasn't completely painless, it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. I also loved that I could use the Sally Hansen wax strips on short hair and didn't have to regrow my hair in order to use the strips!
It's been about a week since I waxed my legs and they are still hair free! If I would've shaved my legs there would have been stubble the next morning so I'm super impressed! All of the Sally Hansen wax products claim to leave your legs smooth for up to 8 weeks so I'm really excited about the prospect of being hair free for the rest of the Summer and not having to do anything!
At home hair removing wax strips are great if you do a lot of traveling over the summer and are looking to keep your suitcase small! Over the past couple Summers I've been consciously trying to travel lighter especially when I'm going on a beach vacation! As a chronic over-packer this has been a serious struggle, but with each trip I'm getting better and better at it. I usually only bring a carry-on with me when I take short beach trips and everyone knows that razors can't go in there! I can't tell you how many times I've had to run to a drugstore to pick up a razor because I couldn't last my whole trip without shaving. I'm happy to report that I'll never have to do that again!! I've officially been converted to the waxing team...excuse me while I throw out all my razors!
