Happy 3rd of July! Perfect day to do a holiday themed mani to show off tomorrow!
I've been meaning to do this dotting technique for a while & finally had a chance to try it out! All I used was a toothpick, literally couldn't get easier.
Can't wait to see your Independence Day Mani!
Check out mine from last year

((how I did it...painted my nails with 2 coats of white...once they were dry I took a toothpick and dotted blue, red & silver dots on each nail...finished with a top coat! Its THAT easy!))
